Sales Psychology
Aimed for any customer facing individual, this session explores human behaviours, current industry tendencies and their impact on the automotive industry. How to avoid and control pre-judgement with empathy. The art of communication and active listening. Relationship building strategies and how to handle objections.
New Purchase Experience (adapted to COVID-19)
Aimed at any sales professional, this 3 day session can be personalized to your current dealership's process to ensure participants understand your company's core values. A complete journey of every steps of the sales process adapted to our current reality. From the "First impression" to "Followup" using different possible customer contact methods (video chat, email, text, social media, phone and face to face). This interactive session is full on hands-on activities using a wide variety of medias to maximize each individual learning style.
